You
2.1
We may collect and process the following data about
you:
2.1.1
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our
Site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to
use our Site, subscribing to our services, posting material or requesting
further services. We may also ask you for information if, for instance,
you enter a competition or sponsored promotion, and when you report a
problem with our Site.
2.1.2
Information that is publicly available such as from
details at Companies House.
2.1.3
If you contact us by email, fax, telephone or post or if
you come to see us and leave your details, we may keep a record of that
correspondence.

If you make an order from us such as requesting a
publication or you register for an event we may collect your
details.

We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for
research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

Details of any transactions you carry out or orders you

IP Addresses and Cookies
3.1
We may collect information about your computer, including
where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for
system administration and trouble shooting purposes. This is statistical
data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not
identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your
general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard
drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred
to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our Site and to
deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:

Where We Store Your Personal Data

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure
servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which
enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for

and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area

Site or ask us to so post are viewed by someone

by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our

fulfilment of any requests or orders you make and the provision of

Site, to post such details on our business directory so that they can be
viewable online, subject to our Terms of

5.1.4
To provide you with information, products or services that
you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have
consented to be contacted for such purposes.

To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts
entered into between you and us.
5.1.6
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our
service, when you choose to do so.

To notify you about changes to our service or Site.
5.2
We may also use your data, or permit selected third
parties to use your data, to update their databases and in some cases to
provide you with information about events or and goods services which may
be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these by post

If you have registered your details with us, and where we

We may disclose your personal information to any member of
our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and
its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the United Kingdom Companies Act

which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller
or buyer of such business or assets.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal

The Act gives you the right to access information held
about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the
Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10/US$20 to meet our
costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about
you.

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the
future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to
you by email.
